Kicking Satan in the Teeth

~And now the saga continues!~ {Click here if you need a refresher on Part I}

What I may have failed to mention from my previous dialogues with the Lord, was how adamant I was about God proving Satan wrong. I couldn't WAIT for God to kick Satan in the teeth in my situation! I was over the drama, I was over the lies, I was over the tears, I was just OVER it.

Well, on that note, here's the story about my Hero, who heard the cry of His Bride.

As you may recall, I spent the midnight hours pleading with the Lord to have mercy on me. Basically, to prove Himself to me. By the way, He does not need proving. He reminded me of that when He said, "I AM."

I also would like to remind you that I had several people pleading with the Lord on my behalf. Since prayer opens the doors of heaven as well as unites the Church (aka. the Bride of Christ), Satan hates prayer and those who pray.

Moving on.

So after that night of pleading with the Lord, God began to do a miracle over the course of 24 hours. Here was my predicament: It was already week two of classes and I had zero dollars to my name, and I needed to have $1000 by the next day to stay in school. Can you see why I desperate for a breakthrough?

Within a couple of hours of my pleading, the Holy Spirit spoke to me through one of my intercessors, giving me an idea on how to raise the funds for my down payment. The idea was to make a public announcement through social media, promising updates every hour. I listened to godly counsel, and committed to spend the next 24 hours in my prayer closet. People from around the world began praying for me, to see the breakthrough come! Only God can do that! Within 11 hours of being in my prayer closet, the whole down payment requirement was met!! I was encouraged to keep praying until I saw the full tuition need met. So I kept praying! God gave me grace to sustain a day of prayer. Those 24 hours felt like only 5 minutes! I believe it was the prayers of the saints that held my arms up in worship!

As a result of this testimony, it has stirred the faith of many people, it has united the Bride of Christ, and has given Her a voice. What I mean by that is, intercessors have risen up to take a stand against the enemy! That's what I call "Kicking Satan in the teeth!"

I'm still believing that God is going to provide the rest of my tuition and financial needs! I have no doubt because He has shown Himself strong on my behalf. He is my Provider and Sustainer. God gets all the glory for this testimony. When the Bride of Christ unites, Satan doesn't stand a chance!
